Next Scene Films

Matt Crofts is the owner of Next Scene Films. From booking through to film completion Matt will be your contact, he takes care of the filming and the editing.

Next Scene Films started in November 2008 as a sole trader company in Sheffield, England (company was known as Next Scene Famous Films then). The company started by creating promotional films for companies such as Sheffield International Venues, Sheffield Hallam University, the NHS, as well as many more local businesses.

In April 2012 Next Scene Films became a limited company, continuing to create promotional films for companies, Next Scene Films also started to venture in to wedding films.

In 2014 the company dropped the Famous part of their name and became Next Scene Films.

In 2017 weddings became the main work that Next Scene Films created. Next Scene Films have now filmed over 160 weddings and been nominated for numerous awards.

The environment and charity is very important to Matt and since Next Scene Films has been a company it has donated over £3000 to environmental charities, including planting over 400 trees.

In April 2023 the business moved to Musselburgh in East Lothian, where Matt now lives.
